The Ranger One™ LTRP-1 is a versatile ultrasonic level transmitter designed to replace conventional level sensors, proximity sensors, and proximity switches in a single compact unit. With a maximum range of 14 feet (4.3 meters) and an optimum range of 4 inches to 10 feet, it delivers reliable non-contact distance measurement across an exceptional variety of applications — liquid tanks, dry solids, factory automation, and heavy equipment monitoring.
Housed in rugged 316 stainless steel with sealed epoxy potting, the Ranger One™ is fully submersible (NEMA-4X, NEMA-6P, IP68) and built to withstand wet, dirty, and electrically noisy environments. Its unique ultrasonic signal processing is unaffected by target colour, transparency, or optical properties, making it suitable for virtually any industrial target material.
Configuration is fast and flexible: use the onboard Teach button for push-button calibration, or connect to a Windows PC via the Ranger software for full parameter control, data logging, strip chart analysis, and rapid sensor cloning. All settings are stored in non-volatile memory.
