The Ranger Elite™ LTRE is FLO-CORP's ultrasonic level transmitter, designed for accurate, non-contacting liquid level measurement in tanks, wet wells, sumps, basins, and chemical storage vessels. Using ultrasonic pulse technology, the sensor sends sound waves from the transducer to the liquid surface and measures the time it takes for the echo to return, converting that time into a precise level reading. Because the sensor never touches the material being measured, it is well suited to corrosive, aggressive, or difficult-to-handle liquids.

With a maximum measurement range of 40 feet (12 meters) and a blanking distance of just 10 inches (250mm), the Ranger Elite™ handles a broad range of tank depths while remaining accurate close to the sensor. Electronic accuracy is plus or minus 0.25% of maximum range, with 1mm resolution and 14-bit analog resolution on the 4-20mA output. The unit is rated IP67 for enclosure sealing, operates between -40°F and 140°F, and handles pressures up to 44 PSI, making it suitable for most standard industrial liquid level applications.

Installation is straightforward. The 2 inch NPT threaded process connection mounts directly into a standard tank nozzle or fitting, and the four-button front panel lets operators configure the unit on-site without needing a laptop or programming manual. The large 4-line graphic display shows live level readings clearly, with adjustable display units including metres, feet, inches, litres, and more. HART communication is built in, and the unit is compatible with FLO-CORP's free Tracer Talker™ software for PC-based configuration, monitoring, and data logging. Memory retention exceeds 10 years.

For applications that require remote visibility, the Ranger Elite™ pairs with the optional Guardian 1000™ cellular tank level monitoring system. The Guardian 1000™ connects wirelessly to cellular networks and transmits level data, alarms, inventory figures, battery status, and signal strength to FLO-CORP's online portal, accessible from any computer, tablet, or smartphone. The Guardian 1000™ includes a two-year battery pack and requires no network infrastructure on site.
