The MEMFlo™ MFVC Corrosion-Resistant Variable Area Flow Meter is FLO-CORP's durable solution for measuring liquid flow in demanding chemical and industrial processes. Featuring corrosion-resistant PVC and CPVC construction, the MFVC is designed to handle acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and other aggressive fluids. Its rugged, all-plastic wetted components make it ideal for chemical processing, water treatment, plating solutions, and high-purity fluid applications.

Unlike conventional tapered-tube rotameters, the MEMFlo™ MFVC utilizes patented variable area technology with a slotted core tube and float assembly. As process media flows upward through the meter, the float rises proportionally to the flow rate, providing accurate volumetric measurement. This unique design offers excellent tolerance to suspended solids without springs, cams, or dynamic seals that can wear over time.

The MFVC delivers ±1% full-scale accuracy, ±0.5% repeatability of indicated flow, and an average 30:1 turndown ratio. Available with a polysulfone sight tube for direct visual indication or a CPVC measuring tube with magnetic indication, the meter provides dependable flow readings across a variety of process conditions. Line sizes range from ½ inch to 4 inches, with threaded, socket weld, and Van Stone-style flanged connections. Depending on configuration and operating conditions, pressure ratings extend up to 300 psig, with temperature capabilities up to 212°F.

Engineered for reliability and ease of maintenance, the MEMFlo™ MFVC can be disassembled in less than a minute without removing the meter from the pipeline. With its combination of chemical resistance, extended flow range, and rugged construction, the MFVC provides a dependable solution for challenging industrial flow measurement applications.
