The ChannelFlo™ UOCM is an all-in-one ultrasonic flow measurement system for open channels including streams, sewers, rivers, weirs, and flumes. It combines a non-contact ultrasonic level sensor with a bright LED process monitor and optional remote monitoring software, all pre-calibrated at the factory for your specific application. The optional eXmod relay module adds pump control capability for more demanding installations.

Description

Open Channel Flow Monitoring Made Simple

The ChannelFlo™ UOCM is FLO-CORP’s complete ultrasonic open channel flow measurement system for accurate, continuous monitoring in streams, sewers, rivers, weirs, flumes, and other open channel applications. Each system is factory-calibrated and shipped with the sensor, monitor, and software pre-configured for your specific installation.

At the heart of the system is the Ranger Elite™ ultrasonic level transmitter, offering non-contact measurement from 8 to 420 inches. Its non-contact design helps prevent corrosion and build-up while extending system life. The sensor also features temperature compensation, adjustable signal strength, and rugged NEMA 4X / IP68 environmental protection.

The ChannelFlo™ monitor includes a bright full-color display with RS-485 Modbus and Ethernet communications. It accepts a 4-20mA sensor input, provides an isolated scalable 4-20mA output, and supports multiple I/O options for alarms and control functions.
