The CONNEX 3D™ Process Monitoring System is FLO-CORP's flexible process monitoring platform, designed to provide both local display monitoring and remote cellular connectivity for industrial applications. The system communicates with field and host devices via RS-485 Modbus and standard analog inputs (4-20mA), delivering real-time process visibility whether you're standing at the equipment or accessing data remotely from a PC, smartphone, or tablet.

Available as a Display Monitor, Cellular Monitor, or Complete Monitoring System, the CONNEX 3D can be configured to meet a wide range of monitoring requirements. All units are pre-engineered, pre-wired, and factory-configured to your specifications, providing a turnkey solution with fast installation and minimal setup.

The CONNEX 3D Display Monitor provides reliable local process visibility through a bright, easy-to-read display housed in a rugged NEMA 4X enclosure. Supporting analog and RS-485 Modbus communications, the display monitor is ideal for applications requiring on-site monitoring, relay outputs, and process control functions.

The CONNEX 3D Cellular Monitor extends monitoring capabilities beyond the site by transmitting process data to a secure cloud-based platform. With built-in data logging for up to 32,000 samples, SMS and email alarm notifications, and access from any internet-connected device, operators can stay informed of critical process conditions from virtually anywhere.

For applications requiring both local and remote visibility, the Complete Monitoring System combines the benefits of the Display Monitor and Cellular Monitor into a single integrated solution. Operators gain immediate on-site access to process information while maintaining remote monitoring, alarming, and historical data access through the cloud.
